McGregor Village Office Park began development in 1994, through the foresight and vision of its principal owner, Michael Dennis. He knew that adjacent municipalities would need the support of ancillary business development within close proximity to others. Having spent the previous 20 years developing residential subdivisions within the community, Mike knew that the residents of Wilton would also need a place for their business. Over the next 20+ years, he along with his partners, continued development of this professional office park. It has grown today to 9 buildings, totaling ~100,000 square feet of professional office space. Today, McGregor Village Office Park is still owned and operated by family members.
